1:30-3:00 Visual Edge Testing

3:00-4:15 On ice Testing and CCM Stick Fitter testing. You will be able to try the latest CCM skates out on the ice at the other end of the testing segment.

Players who have chosen to participate in the Choose It Right Program will have a meeting on FaceTime with Tim Twellman of Choose It Right at a mutually agreeable time.

4:20-5:20  Mental Training

5:20-6:00 Dinner

6:15-7:15 Stick Handling Skills

7:30-8:30 Strength and Conditioning

8:30-9:30 Guest Speaker
